Teaser for 90 Day: The Single Life
People’s website has released a sneak peek into Monday’s episode of 90 Day: The Single Life, Tiffany is riding in a car with Ronald. While he insists on revealing how they can “fix” their relationship for a third time, Tiffany is more focused on their daughter, Carley’s happiness.
In the clip, Tiffany tells Ronald that she has actually been avoiding having the conversation as her objective is to ensure they are able to co-parent. Meanwhile, he is quick to respond, saying: “But how do we raise the kids co-parenting [when] I’m not even part of it?”
As for Tiffany, she responds to Ronald, saying: “I’m not trying to throw the fact that we might reconcile out the window, but I don’t want to make the same mistakes we made the first time.
Tiffany and Ronald in 90 Day Fiancé
Fans will recall that Tiffany and Ronald’s relationship crashed in season 6 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? At the time, Ronald was still living in South Africa, while Tiffany was in the US with their daughter, Carley and her son Daniel from a previous relationship.
While the couple has never legally divorced, they did reunite briefly in early 2021. However, that July, Tiffany and Ronald confirmed on social media that they had once again split.
However, despite their rocky relationship, Monday’s episode of 90 Day: The Single Life will reveal that Ronald is aware of his personal failings in their marriage. However, he does want to ensure their connection this time around has a healthier foundation. In the teaser clip, Smith says:
I’m willing to do what I’m asked to be with my family. I want to be back together with my family.
However, on Tiffany’s side, she does admit that her biggest fear is “trying again and failing.” She added: “If we work on things, I want us to have a happy marriage, but I can’t make that decision right off the bat.”
While Tiffany explains that she wants to take things slowly, Ronald has other ideas. He said they need to find a “middle ground,” adding, “You want to wait with it, you want to see how things go. But I want to know now what’s happening with the relationship. That’s the idea with the chat. You need to make a decision.”
Moreover, Ronald reminds her that they are married, adding, “So either we fix this, or we don’t. It’s not about ‘Let’s see how this goes.’ No. It doesn’t work like that.”
Tiffany feeling pressured
In a later confessional, Tiffany shares how she really feels about Ronald’s ultimatum, saying,
I don’t appreciate the pressure that Ronald’s in to, like, jumping head-first into a reconciliation. I want us to both be happy. And if that’s impossible, we can’t get back together.
Readers can watch the teaser clip on People’s website here. Meanwhile, the episode will air on Monday at 8 pm ET/PT on TLC.
