Following his failed relationship with his ex-wife, Lisa “Baby Girl” Hamme, the Nigerian rapper made his way to the TLC show again. He took chances on Kim Menzies, who claimed to be his “superfan.” After his traumatic past relationship, Usman Umar wanted to take things slowly with Kim as the latter yearned to be his girlfriend.

When the two made their way to Tanzania for the rapper’s shoot of his music video “Zara,” they became closer and Usman considered Kim as his “potential girlfriend.” The San Diego resident was also slammed by viewers online when she convinced Usman to sleep with her in one room and be intimate with her. However, after all the criticisms they received, the two became officially in a relationship.

‘90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers – Usman Umar Finds Difficulty In Getting His Mom’s Blessing

In the recent episode of “90 Day Fiancé,” Usman paid a visit to his mother, Fadimatu, to talk about his relationship with Kim Menzies. He opened up about his “friend” whom his mom got to talk to over the phone when he was still in Tanzania. “Her name is Kimberly. I will bring her here tomorrow so that you may greet each other,” the Nigerian star said.

When Usman mentioned Kim’s age, Fadimatu can’t believe her ears. She wanted her son to marry someone younger as she desires to have grandchildren. In a confessional, Usman’s mom mentioned that it will be much better if her son marries someone from their hometown. “I’ve seen how easily he changed with foreigners. I’m afraid they will snatch my son away to America,” she said.

Following his conversation with his mother, Usman still didn’t please Fadimatu. “I cannot even imagine how difficult it is going to be to get her blessing,” he stated. However, despite Fadimatu’s refusal, Usman still wanted her to meet Kim and state how much he loves the San Diego native.

In other news, Kim defended her costars, Miona and Jibri, when one of her followers called them “annoying.” In one of her Q&A sessions on Instagram, Kim Menzies called out a follower when they expressed their irritation towards a “90 Day” couple, Miona and Jibri. The mother-of-one acknowledged the rudeness of her fan and reminded them to stop saying negative words to others.

Kim then stated her love for Miona and Jibri, saying that the two are such good people. “I like Miona and Jibri. They’re good people and a great couple. Keep that negativity to yourself,” she wrote.
