90 Day Fiance Alum Deavan Clegg Shared Positive Progress

Since his admission to the hospital, good news came back on July 6. He’d been allowed home and future treatment would be as an outpatient. Naturally, he seemed happy to be home with his sister Drascilla, his mom, and Topher Park. In fact, he did so well that he enjoyed an outing on the Fourth of July. If you don’t know, the diagnosis of childhood leukemia arrived shortly after he celebrated his third birthday.

Noticing something wrong, Deavan took him to the doctor, and out of the blue, they heard the devasting news about his illness. Although she sounded pleased about the fact that her son returned home, Taeyang still has many months of treatment ahead. So, his grandmother, Alicia Clegg started up a GoFundMe for him. There, she updates TLC fans on how it’s going for the family and the little boy. This week, she updated about scary times.

The  Day Fiance star then talked about how the little boy handles his chemotherapy. Unfortunately, he’s not doing too well with it. She added, “This was the first time Taeyang got sick from the treatment. He did not vomit, but gagged a lot, and after he was crying because his port hurt.” Naturally, because this will go on for the next to years, the family sometimes feels “scared.”Actually,  it’s not surprising that when they think about his suffering, they feel “sad.”

717 People Donated To The GoFundMe

Generous 90 Day Fiance fans donated just under 24K to help with treatment. Despite difficult times and soaring inflation, fans feel very sorry for the little guy and they donate what they can. Apart from that, all they can do is offer loving and supportive comments. According to ADA, Taeyang is going through a number of side effects from treatment. Unfortunately, vomiting, nausea, and the loss of hair are just a few of many uncomfortable moments that will probably go his way.
