90 Day Fiancé Teaser: Mohamed Says Yve Must Accept Him As He Is

Sunday’s episode of 90 Day Fiancé reveals Yve and Mahomed having a serious discussion about their different expectations.

In the upcoming episode of season 9 of 90 Day Fiancé, Mohamed and Yve are having problems with their relationship. In fact, a teaser for the episode reveals Mohamed telling Yve that he will leave her if she won’t accept him as he is.

Mohamed and Yve met on Instagram, but when he moved from Egypt to the US, they started experiencing tension. Apparently, this is caused by their differing expectations in the relationship. In a teaser for Sunday’s episode, Mohamed outright tells Yve that he will leave her if she doesn’t accept him.

They connected after Mohamed, 25, saw a photo of her on Instagram, posing in a bikini. Meanwhile, the pair chatted online and fell in love and Yve, 45, often visited him in Egypt. The couple eventually got engaged, but now problems are surfacing.

Two years later, Mohamed moved to New Mexico to get married, but since then, he and Yve have fought over their cultural differences.

As soon as Mohamed moved to the US, his experience with Yve wasn’t what he had expected. For one thing, he believed she would cook for him, as his mother did. In fact, he was disappointed to find out that he would have to cook his own breakfast. Meanwhile, when a plumber came to install a bidet for Mohamed, he chastised Yve for being in the same room as another man.

Things got worse after Mahomed and Yve went out to meet her friends. As they were preparing to go out, he asked her to wear a jacket over her sheer dress. Following this, Yve’s friends showed concern, as it looked like Mahomed would want to chance Yve. In fact, Yve had exactly the same concern.

On their way home, the couple argued with Mahomed telling her she dressed inappropriately. In fact, at one point in the argument, he asked Yve if she would choose a bikini over him. Meanwhile, Yve tried to explain to Mahomed that the US has a different culture.

90 Day Fiancé Spoilers – Teaser Clip Sees Mohamed Abdelhamed Calling Yve Arellano Out

In a new teaser video, the couple’s discussion about their individual expectations continues. Meanwhile, Mohamed opened up in a confessional, saying he had hoped Yve would be more accepting of his culture.

The TLC reality star explained to his fiancé that she knew who he was in the two years prior to his move to the US. He added:

 If I did hide anything from you, let me know because I was very clear with you about everything.

In the meantime, Yve has similar concerns, telling Mohamed that she wants him to accept her as she is. She asks him, “Do you accept that I’m an American woman and not Islamic and I’m not Muslim?”

This leads to Mohamed saying Yve makes him out to be controlling, while her friends could negatively influence her.

Meanwhile, in a confessional, Yve does admit that she and Mohamed didn’t discuss cultural expectations when they first started dating. However, he points out that she could clearly see his culture while visiting Egypt. Mohamed says:

She went to the same city I was living in four times. That’s who I am. It was very clear.

However, according to Yve, they were on vacation. She said she didn’t see the “day in, day out” of how a person would normally act. However, Yve finally tells Mohamed that she is “sad, scared, and nervous” over how they will compromise. Meanwhile, her fiancé responds, telling her he won’t change himself. In fact, if Yve can’t accept him as he is, he will leave after the 90 days are up.
