When the two made their way to Tanzania for the rapper’s shoot of his music video “Zara,” they became closer and Usman considered Kim as his “potential girlfriend.” The San Diego resident was also slammed by viewers online when she convinced Usman to sleep with her in one room and be intimate with her. However, after all the criticisms they received, the two became officially in a relationship.

Recently, Kim Menzies surprised her beau with a romantic marriage proposal. She showed how ready she was to take her relationship with Usman to the next level. The mother-of-one turned the room into a romantic area, laying out candles, rose petals, and champagne. She held her lover’s hand and express her undying love for him.

“We’ve been through a lot in two years so I’m gonna ask you a question. Will you marry me?” Kim got down on one knee and offered Usman a ring. The Nigerian rapper couldn’t believe his eyes and happily agreed to the marriage proposal.

However, PEOPLE released a preview for the next episode, and it showed that the Nigerian rapper was up with the idea when he met the woman his mother wants him to marry. When the TLC star found the woman gorgeous, he got interested and wanted to know her even more.

“I wanted to leave as soon as I arrived but seeing you’re pretty, I got excited. I need to get your phone number,” Usman told the woman.
