90 Day Fiance spoilers revealed that Loren and Alexei Brovarnik would soon have three kids under three and now that baby #3 arrived, she got real about childbirth. Not to the project where she made her TLC fans sweat and worry, but about the basic facts of life. Fans really appreciated it and they chatted about that amidst their congratulations.

Just over a year ago, the TLC stars became the proud parents of their second child, Asher. Like his brother Shai, the baby weighed over five pounds and looked exactly like his dad. Sahai was born just over a year before Asher in April 2020. And now that their third child arrived, TLC fans are thrilled for them. After all, they long discussed whether the child would be another boy or a baby girl.

Unusually, this time, 90 Day Fiance couple didn’t wait until they released the name of their new “Peanut.” Like the previous babies, they didn’t know the gender of their child until the baby arrived. If you don’t know, they welcomed a little girl on their anniversary, September 6. And, they named her Ariel Raya Brovarnik. In fact, Ariel means “Lion of God” in Hebrew. So now, the happy couple have two boys and a girl.

Within hours of the announcement of Ariel, Loren took to her Instagram again. This time, she showed herself wearing a belly band and diapers. Actually, folks couldn’t get over how quickly she bounced back from the truth. In her very real post, the TLC star said, “I never understood how some women have makeup on, hair done and look so glammed up after just having a baby.”

The 90 Day Fiance star also wrote, “Here’s my glam aka the reality of just having a baby. Give it up for the belly bands and diapers ???.” If you don’t know, there’s more to a belly band than just hoping to slim down postpartum. It can also prevent hernias. Additionally, Mom Tricks notes that they can help with “posture & lower back pain.” As for the diaper, well, it’s basic biology and helps to keep the new mom clean.

90 Day Fiance fans love how honest and straight Loren is. Recall, that she admitted that they never planned for baby #3. In fact, she said it all went down after a few too many tequilas.
