‘90 Day Fiance’ Star Kobe Blaise Receives Criticisms From Emily Bieberly’s Dad

Kobe Blaise joined the TLC show when he met the love of his life, the English teacher, Emily Bieberly, during one of his club night outs in China. Their romance seemed to strike them immediately that they ended up having an intimate night inside the club’s shower, and things started to get serious since then until they got engaged. Four weeks later, the couple found out that Emily is pregnant.

The moment Emily knew about the bun in her oven, she went home to the United States without Kobe since his K-1 visa has not yet been approved due to the pandemic. Now that Kobe finally got the visa in his hands, he immediately took a trip to the US and finally meet Emily after almost two years of being away from each other as well as their son, Koban.

‘90 Day Fiance’ Spoilers – Kobe Blaise Talks To Emily Bieberly’s Dad Regarding Their Future

In one of the “90 Day” episodes, Emily’s parents reacted when their daughter asked for financial assistance to marry Kobe. However, her parents, especially her dad, David, were not supportive of the idea as they have already given the couple “just about everything” because they weren’t sure that Kobe can provide for his family.

When Kobe talked with David, he told him if he could teach him his architecture job so he could join his business, but the patriarch believed it was a “crazy” idea, knowing that Kobe doesn’t have a degree in civil engineering. The underwear model told Emily’s dad about the $4k he saved for the future of his family, but David stated that the amount can only support his daughter and Koban for just a few months.

“He’s got a lot of mouths to feed. I think he’s got good intentions, but I don’t know, I think I’m waiting to feel when they realize that love isn’t enough and if they are willing to go the extra mile to make it work. We’ll see,” David told the cameras.

In the previous episode, it was seen that Kobe didn’t appreciate his fiancée’s behavior when Emily controlled him with everything he did on the farm, just like when the Cameroon resident tried to help the family in cleaning the stables. The mother-of-one wanted to help but Kobe rejected the offer because of wanting to do the work on his own terms.

However, Emily got mad and demanded her fiancé to listen to her orders. Kobe has identified it as a red flag in their relationship and felt like Emily was showing her family that she was in control of their relationship. “I’m losing patience,” the father-of-one uttered.
