90 Day Fiancé Star Jovi Dufren Surprises Fans With A New Look

Since Jovi Dufren and Yara Zaya first appeared on 90 Day Fiancé, they have become fan favorites, along with their cute daughter, Mylah. However, a recent Instagram post has shocked fans, while revealing his new hairstyle. As can be seen from the comments, fans had mixed feelings.

90 Day Fiancé fans first met Jovi and Yara in season 8 of 90 Day Fiancé and at first, fans weren’t too sure of the couple. Jovi seemed too much of a party guy for Yara’s taste. However, once they welcomed their baby girl, Mylah, the couple quickly became fan favorites on the TLC reality show.

Since then, several things about Jovi surprised fans, including his unusual employment as an ROV Supervisor. In fact, the underwater robotics job sent Dufren around the world. However, while this was an amazing job, he was quick to drop it to be able to stay home with Yara and Mylah. He really changed his tune, making him even more of a fan favorite for viewers.

Jovi makes a surprising Instagram post

In a recent post on Instagram, Jovi Dufren posted a cute family image with his wife, Yara Zaya and baby girl, Mylah. While the image is super-cute, fans were shocked by Jovi’s new hairstyle – in fact, he seems to be totally bald now. Jovi captioned the image, “Call me Mr. Clean. Happy Tuesday everybody! #tlc #90dayfiance #joviandyara #happilyeverafter #90dayfiancepillowtalk @yarazaya.” Have a look at the image here:

Meanwhile, fans are used to seeing Jovi with a full head of hair, which makes his new look difficult to accept. However, let’s face it, the northern hemisphere is hot right now, so shaving off hair could be a cooling thing to do.

Despite this, many of his followers didn’t like his new look. Even some of Jovi and Yara’s fellow 90 Day Fiancé found it difficult to accept. This is especially so with Kenneth Neidermeyer, who wrote, “you wont [sic] see Kenny doing that!”

One of Jovi’s followers was shocked, writing, “I’m shocked yara allowed you to do this” while others wondered if it was a prank. Another asked Jovi if he had to shave his head because he lost a bet.

In fact, a later post revealed the same family grouping, but with hair on Jovi’s head. He captioned this, “Sorry for the scare. Happy Hump Day. #tlc #90dayfiance #happilyeverafter.” Meanwhile, many of his fans were pleased to hear that the new hairdo had simply been some clever photoshopping. One fan quipped, “Knew it. You’re from the South (AR resident here) and you have a tan. That head would be glowing white if you had shaved it.” We have to admit, his Photoshop skills are excellent.
