Jasmine Pineda stepped foot on the TLC show when she met her boyfriend, now fiancé, Gino Palazzolo, on an online dating site. When the Michigan native flew to Panama, he hoped that he would end up engaged the moment he saw Jasmine. However, problems arose when Gino discovered Jasmine’s jealous personality.

Fans hated the Panamanian beauty when she showed her real colors, but the coin was flipped when Jasmine found out that Gino sent her nude photo to his ex-wife, which led her to lose her job as an American Literature teacher. Jasmine also became the fan-favorite after throwing some hilarious lines during the season’s Tell-All.

Fans sparked their concerns when the Panamanian beauty posted a selfie with a bruise in her eye and on some parts of her face. Viewers have witnessed the relationship challenges she encountered with Gino and mostly everyone convinced her to leave the man behind.

However, Jasmine blocked all the speculations when she shared the story behind her black eye. It was caused by her recent plasma treatment and the bruises were the “pinches of the needle.” She also explained that the reaction was normal, especially since the skin under the eye is “very delicate.”

In her recent video on Instagram, the mother-of-two invited her followers to watch her journey as she took her recent cosmetic procedure. One fan commented, “Oh, wow. It looks great! Glad you are doing well!” An Instagram user said, “You are an amazing woman! I love you more and more each day!” Another one chimed in, “You look good, Jasmine.”

Jasmine Pineda Shares a Post-Surgery Photo

In other news, Jasmine Pineda recently gave a life update and it turned out that the Panama resident just survived the surgery. The Literature teacher posted a photo of her tummy showing a bandage on the bottom right of her abdomen. She wrote a text saying: “I survived my surgery! I’m vlogging everything. Once I recovered, I’ll post it on YouTube. I love y’all.”

Though the Panamanian beauty hasn’t revealed her illness yet, according to Screen Rant, Jasmine has ventricular arrhythmia, and during her childhood days, the TLC star felt something wrong with her heart. She didn’t pay attention to her health crisis until she was diagnosed with a prolapsed valve and must maintain two medicines for life. She also needs to visit a cardiologist thrice a year.
