As 90 Day Fiancé fans know, since she wed Michael in Nigeria, Angela Deem has been on a self-improvement binge. The brash meemaw hardly resembles her past look and is certainly looking beautiful these days. However, there is still one more step Angela needs to take for full self-confidence. A teaser clip released by ET sees the TLC reality star visiting a surgical dentist.

Since leaving Michael behind in Nigeria, 90 Day Fiancé star Angela Deem has had a series of treatments. These include plastic and weight loss surgery, which has left the TLC reality star looking like a new woman.

However, there is one more step that Angela wants to take and that step would resolve one of her biggest insecurities – her teeth. In a teaser for Monday’s episode of 90 Day Diaries, Deem visits a surgical dentist to find out what can be done.

90 Day Fiancé  Spoilers – At Dr. Asaro’s office

In the teaser clip, Angela visits surgical dentist Dr. Matt Asaro. Meanwhile, she is soon back to her old ways of complimenting the young dentist on his good looks. Fans will remember how Deem openly flirted with her weight-loss surgeon, Dr. Obeng. Now, she is giving the treatment to her new dentist.

As the doctor entered the room, Angela is taken aback. However, when he asks her what brought her to his rooms Deem tells him, “Now, I’m kind of embarrassed to tell you, the way you look.” She added that she was expecting an old doctor to enter the room. However, Dr. Asaro is quick to tell her not to be embarrassed.

The 90 Day Fiancé star explains that when she was 18 years old, she had an accident that knocked out two of her teeth. Meanwhile, with that, and various issues including smoking and menopause, her teeth have further deteriorated.

Angela explained that her husband Michael doesn’t know about her dental issues and that she wants to get dental implants before he arrives in the US. When asked where her husband was, she explained that he is currently in Nigeria and that they are seeking a spousal visa.

Deem went on to explain that the procedure she is hoping for will be the most important yet. In fact, while pointing at her breasts, she said if she had a choice, she would have had the procedure before this procedure.

Meanwhile, it looks like Angela isn’t going to have good luck with this procedure. In fact, the diagnosis doesn’t look good as she is missing a lot of teeth. Moreover, she has a lot of dental decay on her remaining teeth. According to the dentist, she also has periodontal disease, which means the structure that holds her teeth to her jaw is deteriorating.

“You have to have bone to have implants, and that’s my major fear, that I don’t have no bone,” Angela admitted.
