90 Day Fiancé Kim Menzies Gives Update On Relationship With Usman Umar

Prior to their appearance in 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? the relationship between Kim Menzies and Usman Umar seems to be strong.

90 Day Fiancé fans will remember Kim Menzies and her Nigerian lover, Usman Umar in season 5 of Before the 90 Days. Many were skeptical about their relationship, especially after his failed marriage to Lisa “Baby Girl” Hamme. Fans thought Kim was just another older American woman looking for young love. Despite this, and prior to their appearance in 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? it looks like they are still going strong.

Despite what 90 Day Fiancé fans believe, Kim Menzies has recently confirmed that her relationship with Usman “Sojaboy” Umar is going strong. Fans will recall seeing the couple in season 5 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 days. They met via social media when Kim became a fan of Usman’s music. After having an online relationship for some time, the couple decided to meet up in Zanzibar, Tanzania to go to the next level.

During that season of the TLC reality show, the couple had many issues relating to cultural differences and the fact that Usman lied about his ex-girlfriend. Meanwhile, at first, Usman was reluctant to get physical with the older American woman. Fans truly doubted their relationship, with many believing that Umar is using the San Diego native to get ahead in his music career in the US.

However, despite all their problems, the couple seems to be doing just fine, thank you. In fact, they have been confirmed as one of the couples in season 7 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?

Some time ago, Kim and Usman hinted that their relationship was still strong. In fact, Kim shared an Instagram reel, dedicated to Usman, where she spoke of this time together in Zanzibar. Now, in the upcoming season of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? she will once again be traveling to Africa to be with Usman.

The image below was posted by Kim a while back, with the caption, “There are so many reasons to be happy. I choose to be happy! ❤️????❤️.” Usman was quick to respond by writing, “Queen of 2 countries ? ❤️????.”

On top of this, in a recent Instagram Story, Kim answered a fan who asked her how they deal with the lies about them on social media. Kim responded, writing, “@officialsojaboy and I know each other very very well and I don’t think people understand that.”

In another Instagram Q&A, Kim was asked if she and Usman make their long-distance relationship work, especially with the time zone difference. Menzies revealed that they have a good system and managed to talk to each other daily. In fact, she said that communication is the key to making any long-distance relationship work.

Of course, 90 Day Fiancé fans will recall the disastrous marriage between Usman and Lisa “Baby Girl” Hamme. Now that he is with another older American woman, fans feel that he likely used Lisa and is now using Kim.

However, judging from appearances, it seems Kim and Usman are truly in love and committed to their relationship. We will just have to wait and see when season 7 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? airs on August 28, 2022, on TLC.
