Julia Trubkina, 28, came to the US in 2020 to be with her online love, Brandon Gibbs. Initially, it was hard for her, as they stayed at Brandon’s parents’ farm in Richmond, Virginia. After experiencing various problems with Ron and Betty Gibbs, the Russian beauty was keen to move out and have their own private space. However, Brandon had little money and was unable to afford a move, so Julia, formerly a dancer, tried to find herself a job.
Fans will remember that on season 6 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Julia tried to get work as a dance trainer at a local gym, or a wedding planner but had no luck. She decided they should move to Las Vegas, but Brandon quickly shot down that idea. He has a full-time job as a pest control technician and was reluctant to move.
Now, it seems Julia is getting regular work as a model, and yesterday made a post to her Instagram, where she revealed three beautiful images of her posing for a magazine cover. The images revealed the 90 Day Fiancé star wearing a stunning white and blue backless gown, accessorized with an elegant bridal tiara, all taken from three different angles.
One of the images revealed the actual cover for fashion magazine Meruem’s January 2022 issue. The TLC reality star looks totally confident and from the caption, it is clear that she was excited to get the opportunity. She wrote, “Such beautiful shots we did for the cover of the magazine.”
Her followers were quick to congratulate her for becoming a cover girl, with one commenting, “I love the makeup, you look like a princess.” Others commented, writing that Julia looked like a queen. Meanwhile, another fan wrote, “Wow, is it a local, RVA magazine?? We would love to buy a copy!” Naturally, fellow 90 Day Fiancé stars complimented the Russian beauty on her achievement, including Anny Francisco and Evelin Villegas.
Julia certainly has a full resume for someone so young. In fact, she has been working since she was 13. Among her various jobs were dance teacher, fitness instructor, waitress and assistant judge. However, it looks like she has now found her place in the modeling world.
