Just last year, she was inspired by the transformation of her “90 Day” co-star, Angela Deem, so she decided to have gastric sleeve surgery and lost almost 80 pounds in under a year.

However, in one of her recent videos, fans wondered about Tiffany’s missing tooth when she uttered her dialogue in a lip-synced audio. One fan threw a question, “Did anyone else notice that she is missing a tooth?”
An Instagram user said, “Missing teeth? Get some.” Another one chimed in, “Are you having work done on your teeth?
