Caroline Schwitzky, who found fame on the 90 Day Fiancé spinoff, Happily Ever After, has allegedly survived a recent attempt on her life by her boyfriend.

According to Officers for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, the alleged attempted murder occurred in West Palm Beach Florida on Sunday, April 24. Witnesses told officers that the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? veteran and her boyfriend of a year, Cole Goldberg, got into a tense argument aboard a boat.
In the report, obtained by TMZ, witnesses told police that Caroline has tried to get away from her boyfriend, but he kept grabbing her trying to keep her on the boat. This struggle apparently contin8ued for 20 minutes before the 90 Day Fiancé alum began punching Goldberg’s arms in an attempt to free herself from his grasp.

According to the report, Schwitzky eventually broke free from her alleged attacker and disembarked, swimming toward another vessel that was nearby. Then Goldberg reportedly jumped in after her and, after catching up with her, tried to hold her underwater.
It’s also alleged that Goldberg grabbed Schwitzky by the neck with both hands, holding her under the surface. According to the eyewitnesses, people were screaming at Goldberg to stop, and several people, from a nearby boat, jumped into the water in an attempt to rescue the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? alum.
The report says Caroline’s rescuers managed to pull her from the water while keeping Goldberg at a distance using a stick. The alleged aggressor was arrested on charges of Attempted First Degree Murder as well as battery.

The report also mentioned that Caroline, the CEO of a talent agency in Miami, Florida, had bruises on her arms from where her attack was allegedly grabbing her. Per jail records, also obtained by TMZ, Caroline’s 23-year-old boyfriend was booked shortly after midnight on Monday and released just a few hours later after posting a $60,000 bond.
