1000-Lb. Sisters – Changes In Slaton Family Dynamics
As fans of the show know, Tammy Slaton reached a crucial point in her recovery during season 3 of 1000-Lb. Sisters when she stopped breathing on the way to rehab. While it’s true that she has fought tooth and nail against everything her siblings have done to try and help her, fans are already eagerly anticipating season 4.
After having addressed her weight problem diligently, Amy Slaton was able to receive bariatric surgery, have a son and to fans delight, is pregnant again. The reality TV star even moved out and into a larger house for her growing family, leaving her sister to find her own way.
At the same time, Tammy has remained apathetic to her situation and all that is done for her via her siblings. Her already strained relationship with the rest of the Slaton family has reached a breaking point in season 3 and fans overwhelmingly agree that season 4 could be the most crucial season yet for the reality show.
1000-Lb. Sisters – Tammy Slaton Says She May Not Want a Season 4
With season 4 just a moot possibility, according to one Reddit user “[Tammy] mentioned that there’s no renewal for their contract yet… she doesn’t know if she would want to do another season.” And it appears many fans are also not worried so much about season 4 with one Reddit user assuring, “They were late announcing renewal of the other seasons too.”
The user did have a point too as 1000-Lb. Sisters season 2 ended last January and season 3 wasn’t confirmed until March 2021. So, fans shouldn’t get too frightened when the show isn’t renewed for a couple of months.
1000-Lb. Sisters – Will Tammy Slaton Even Be Alive For Season 4?
Ever since Tammy suffered carbon dioxide poisoning and stopped breathing on the way to rehab after recklessly partying with friends, she has been holed up in a nursing home and many fans believe she won’t even be able to film season 4. One doubtful viewer commented, “They want to make sure [Tammy’s] still alive first.”
Sadly, for the impatient fans, there is no way to confirm season 4 of the show yet. We’re just going to have to wait and see. Be sure to stay caught up with the Slaton family on social media and return here often for more spoilers, news, and updates.
