1000 Lb. Sisters Spoilers suggest that fans have once again come at Tammy Slaton for not taking her health seriously. In response, Tammy posted a video of her “dancing” to a hip-hop song. Tammy seems to be thriving in rehab.

1000 Lb. Sisters – Tammy Slaton Was In Dire Straits

1000 Lb. Sisters Tammy Slaton was in dire straits last fall when she returned to rehab. Tammy stopped breathing due to carbon dioxide poisoning. Tammy had a collapsed lung and her to be on life support for some time. Tammy also had to have a tracheostomy. Tammy still has the trach in to keep her airway open and she still uses her oxygen. Tammy’s family spent four days in Ohio waiting to see if she would even survive. Tammy’s family was somber as they updated fans on the season finale of her hospital stay. Amanda Slaton commented, “We prayed for a miracle and we got it.” Chris Combs ended the show with the fact that Tammy had lost 115 pounds in 30 days.

1000 Lb. Sisters – Tammy Slaton Is Back In Rehab

1000 Lb. Sisters’ Tammy has been in the rehab facility for some time. Tammy agreed to go back to rehab for about eight months. Tammy plans to be out of rehab by summer. Tammy had stated that she wants to lose weight to be there for her nephew Gage Halterman as he grows up. Now Tammy has twice the reason to get home since Amy Halterman is pregnant with her second son. Hopefully, Tammy will continue to do well and will be home and get her surgery soon.

1000 Lb. Sisters – Amy Halterman Says Tammy Slaton Is Doing Well

After 1000 Lb. Sisters’ Amy says that Tammy is doing well. At the time of her interview, Tammy was done to 556 or 558. Originally, Tammy was told to get down to 550 to have her weight loss surgery. Although this has not been addressed, it might be nice if Tammy could have surgery while she is in rehab. Amy says that it is a bit isolating because Tammy doesn’t know anyone there. Tammy chose to be this far away because she liked the facility the last time. Tammy has chosen to take control of her life. Amy doesn’t believe that Tammy has a boyfriend although she has a friend who appears in videos. Amy says she speaks to Tammy almost every day and that Gage loves to talk to his aunt too.

Now that Tammy is back on track, fans hope that she will get her surgery and stick to the diet. Fans look forward to seeing a healthier, happier Tammy with her family next season.
