1000 Lb Best Friends: TLC, What Were You Thinking?

1000 Lb. Friends Spoilers reveal that 1000 Lb. Best Friends Meghan Crumpler and Vannessa Cross continue to struggle to get Vannessa’s weight loss surgery. However, Vannessa still hasn’t gotten surgery and seems to resent the fact that Meghan has. What was TLC thinking with this show?

1000 Lb. Best Friends – Accountability Is Key

1000 Lb. Best Friends Meghan went into this eyes wide open. Meghan had a goal to get weight loss surgery and she worked to receive it. However, perhaps Meghan pushed a little too hard for Vannessa to join her. Vannessa is very abusive to Meghan when she tries to help her exercise.

Vannessa is very good at blaming everyone but herself. Vannessa also claimed to only get food from food banks but is buying more fast food and junk food than ever. When the friends had a get-together with Ashely Sutton and Tina Arnold recently, Vannessa bought a huge amount of junk food as well knowing that Meghan couldn’t eat it. Vannessa should not try to sabotage her friend’s weight loss when Meghan bends over backward to help her.

1000 Lb. Best Friends – Crude Is Not Funny

1000 Lb. Best Friends has been advertised to make one think it is like 1000 Lb. Sisters. However, Tammy Slaton and her sister Amy Halterman are funny. Vannessa talking about drinking to take a man home. Vannessa discussing “riding” and “running it” along with the rest of the conversation about sex strikes up mental images that one cannot shake. Vannessa’s shirt honestly looks like she cut a sheet in half and wore it for a tube top.

Fast forward to TLC showing a grown woman losing her pants in front of her son while pushing a car and expecting him to hold a car back on his own. TLC may be The Learning Channel but in this situation, they are offering TMI because this is certainly Too Much Information. This is not taking into account her comments that Dr. Proctor would have to be “blackened, flipped, and seasoned very well,” for her to be that into him. Vannessa’s language leaves a lot to be desired in some fans’ eyes.

1000 Lb. Best Friends – A Bunch Of Excuses

1000 Lb. Best Friends Ashely has already had a failed surgery. Vannessa continues to make excuses while making crude sexual comments about dessert as well. Vannessa’s treatment of her friend and her son leaves fans wondering if she will have any support in the end. Especially after she takes her 18-year-old to see Dr. Proctor because he got winded carrying all of the groceries in while she sits and watches.

After seeing Vannessa on “Too Large” fans certainly wonder where she has suddenly come into enough money to splurge on dinner for four. Will Vannessa hold it against her son if he loses weight and possibly gets surgery first as well? These four may be best friends but this is not encouraging anyone to lose weight.
