She confronts her father and lashes out at him, accusing him of betraying her.

Y&R spoilers reveal that Victor and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) won the original bid for Ashland’s company. Then, there was a warrant issued for Adam’s arrest. Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) mentioned it to Ashland and suggested he reconsider who he handed his company over to. There was a battle between Billy and Victoria, which was solved by Ashland flipping a coin. Victoria ended up getting Cyaxares, but Victor is trying to save the deal.

In the new issue of Soap Opera Digest, co-head writer Josh Griffith explained that Victoria gets the feeling that Ashland is doubting their deal. She confronts Victor and accuses him of betraying and outmaneuvering her. Victor doesn’t like this at all and tries to handle his daughter. They already got into a shouting match last week, which Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) walked in on. Nikki told them both that all the fighting needs to stop. However, that doesn’t look like it’s going to happen anytime soon.

However, there is another issue that Victoria has with her father and that’s Adam. She brings up all the speeches Victor gave when she was growing up and how they only seem to apply to Adam. The argument begins to escalate and gets pretty explosive.

“Things quickly go from bad to worse as Victor and Victoria both defend their actions. Victoria believes that Victor has a blind spot when it comes to Adam. She feels that Victor is constantly giving Adam a pass while everyone else in the family has to follow a different set of rules.”

That’s when Nikki shows up and she’s not pleased that Victor and Victoria are in a heated argument once again. Things continue to get worse until Victoria storms off.

Then, Victor meets with Ashland, but that doesn’t go well at all. According to the weekly promo, Ashland gets angry about Victor wanting to change the terms of the deal. He chugs his drink and stands up, only to suddenly appear to be having a heart attack. Victor uses this to his advantage in order to close the deal.
