Does this involve the Adam (Mark Grossman) secret and what Chelsea’s (Melissa Claire Egan) been up to or is it something a little bit closer to her heart?

It can’t be this baby he made with Abby (Melissa Ordway) that now resides in Mariah’s (Camryn Grimes) uterus.
