The Young And The Restless (Y&R) Spoilers: Sally Risks Jack Relationship – Gets Too Close to Kyle’s Ashland Problems

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers document that Genoa City, Wisconsin Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) has just entered a romantic relationship with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). At the same time she’s been stabbing Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) in the back and hasn’t told Jack one word about his son’s paternity problem.

Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) was teased by the characters as being another version of Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). The arrival of Burgi’s new character in Genoa City, Wisconsin, has followed. Many people are involved in the celebrated company Locke is selling, which heightens his importance in the current storyline.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Sally Spectra Isn’t Treading Lightly

Sally knows that she sabotaged herself in Los Angeles, California. She never really had Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks), but at least could have parted as friends when he decided that a future with Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) was preferred. That didn’t happen, as Wyatt forced Sally’s hand in leaving LA.

Gaining a new opportunity in GC meant that Sally had fresh business and personal starts. She is needlessly putting both at risk by foolishly antagonizing Kyle.

Instead of being patient, as Jack and Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman) encouraged her to do, Sally is playing what she sees as a stalemate game with Skyle. Jack thinks tensions between that trio are diminishing because he’s not clued into what Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) told Kyle.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – All Could Be For Naught

Kyle might be Harrison Locke’s (no actor known to be cast for this role) father. Then again, as Summer Newman (Hunter King) speculated, Kyle is purely basing his conclusion on Theo Vanderway’s (Tyler Johnson) speculation, Sally’s gossip and threats, along with Tara’s word.

Sally would be in a strong position to further her relationship with Jack if she would have told him what’s been happening. While it’s possible Jack eventually overlooks her withholding that key information, his personality suggests an explosion will happen.

Jack was burned by Red in the past. Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) instantly spotted Jack’s interest in a new version of herself and called him and Sally out on it. Phyllis’ past betrayal of Jack’s trust could easily be cited when he learns about the pressure Sally has been putting on Kyle, while simultaneously claiming to be pro Abbott.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Kyle Abbott Holds Some Cards

Kyle should also tell his father everything. The increasing influence of Sally in Jack’s life is the current excuse for not coming clean. But that doesn’t square with the defensive measures that the Abbott’s, Jabot, and Fenmore’s may or will need to take if Ashland is provoked and then retaliates.

Mealor’s character doesn’t necessarily need to be conclusively proven as Harrison’s dad. Instead, Kyle’s dalliance could be revealed or Ashland could stun and say that he already knew about Tara’s actions.

So, for the moment, Kyle’s romantic past and his potential paternity remain two issues that Sally should not be exploiting. Hope’s character will continue sabotaging herself again if she presses on and hides her wrongful actions from Jack.
