The Young and The Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that in Genoa City, Wisconsin Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will confess her night with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) to Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) in an upcoming episode of The Young and The Restless. The question is, will Nate forgive her?

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Elena Dawson Was Stuck Overnight At Devon Hamilton’s And They Had Sex

Viewers of The Young and The Restless will recall that last week, Elena was stuck overnight at Devon’s due to a bad snow and ice storm, and things got emotional. Then things got physical and they had sex on Devon’s couch! Elena went back home, and encountered her friend and roommate Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) and the two had a heart to heart talk about what had happened. Lola advised that Elena needed to take time to know her heart and it was her decision whether to tell Nate what happened or not.

It was an almost identical situation to Elena having sex with Nate, which she had explained to Devon that it was grief sex and she finally did admit to him she’d had felt anything for Nate. She and Nate had to treat the young man that showed up on the first night New Hope clinic was open, and that Elena had bonded to. He’d slipped back into drug abuse and had overdosed. She explained to Devon that it “just happened”, and then it “just happened” again with Devon!

For his part, Devon had wanted to feel that closeness with Elena again, but they didn’t intend to get quite that close! Elena kept it a secret for Devon for several weeks, but soon her guilty conscience got the best of her and she dropped the bombshell on him the night he was receiving a prestigious community award at The Grand Phoenix. That resulted in her ouster from his penthouse, and his beating up on his cousin Nate, which resulted in his never being able to perform surgery again!

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – History Repeats Itself, But In Reverse

Viewers of The Young and The Restless will remember that prior to her getting stuck at Devon’s, Elena and Nate had agreed to go on the romantic getaway that Nate had promised her. Nate obviously made the arrangements, as they are staying at a resort far away from Genoa City – possibly even out of the country, because they appear to be in a tropical paradise! It resembles the place that Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) and Abby Newman Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) had gone for their honeymoon.

A troubled Elena stands against a backdrop of tropical palm fronds as a shirtless Nate stands in front of a window. Obviously, Nate can tell something is bothering his lady love as Elena wears her heart on her sleeve! She knows if she confesses what happened between her and Devon the night they were stuck together overnight that Nate will be hurt and possibly never trust Elena again. She goes through the same struggle with her guilty conscience as she did when she cheated on Devon with him that night at the clinic! It is as if history is repeating itself, only in reverse!

If only Elena could learn to keep secrets – if Nate never knew Nate would never be hurt and Elena wouldn’t have to worry about losing him! Hesitantly, she decides to approach her confession as if she had just dreamed about her and Devon together. She tells Nate she had a dream, and that it really shook her up – Nate immediately asks if it was about Devon! Elena will be taken aback by that statement, but will she tell him it was a dream, or will she make a full confession as she did with Devon about Nate? And will he forgive her or kick her to the curb? Chances are, he might kick her to the curb, because if she hadn’t slept with him cheating on Devon he would still be a surgeon!
