Amanda’s career is in order and a seemingly burgeoning pairing is possible with Devon.

Y&R Spoilers – Elena Dawson and Nate Hastings In The Picture

Elena clearly loves Devon more than Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic). As viewers recall, this is a second choice coupling. Nate is Elena’s fallback choice and Dominic’s initial lady of interest was Amanda. But he quickly realized that Sarpy’s character was the deeper romantic desire.

So, a storyline can be written where Devon and Elena don’t get back together. In that scenario, Devon and Amanda pursue each other and Elena and Nate see if they can make whatever it is they have work.

But it would seem that Nate is going to feel betrayed by Elena and that Amanda will be hurt by Devon’s cover of his actions. That projection surely means a period of trouble for both developing couples, if not worse.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Devon Hamilton Has Two Options

Amanda was interested in seeing Nate, but he dropped her and went for Elena. Devon wasn’t interested in Amanda, but Elena’s betrayal created an opening that is allowing a modern re-imagining of Hevon (which could be hashtagged as Demanda) to form.

Nate is not Elena or Amanda’s top choice. Devon is currently both lady’s preferred option. So it is plausible to believe that Devon could pursue something new with Amanda or try and revive what was an enduring connection with Elena.
