The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveals that two of the show’s alums are celebrating! Sofia Pernas (Marissa Sierras) and This Is Us star Justin Hartley (Adam Newman) started dating last May and she just sent some sweet birthday wishes to her boyfriend on Instagram.

She posted a pic of Justin smiling and obviously in a great mood, with the caption, “Celebrating this man with my fav screen grab. That smile!!! Lights up my sky. Happy Birthday.”

Justin and his ex-wife, Selling Sunset star and Days of our Lives alum Chrishell Stause (Jordan Ridgeway) reached a divorce settlement earlier this month.

This fall Chrishell competed on the 29th Season of Dancing With the Stars. She previously spoke about her split from Hartley on Selling Sunset.

She is now dating Dancing With the Stars dance pro Keo Motsepe and she told People in September, “I feel like anybody would be heartbroken to see how quickly or easily you are replaced,” after learning of Justin’s new romance. “Of course that’s going to sting.”

Justin and Sofia appeared on The Young and the Restless at the same time in 2015. They just became Instagram official, although they were spotted together for the first time last May.

On New Year’s Eve they made it official by posting photos of their home celebration on their social media.

Sofia posted a photo of her and Justin and captioned it, “Sayonara 2020, it’s been real. Happy New Year from our quarantine den to yours.”

In his black and white pic post Justin wrote, “Last minutes of 2020 here in LA. Bring on 2021! Happy New Year!”

Isabella Hartley, the daughter of Justin and his first wife daytime vet Lindsay Hartley, also approved of that message, replying “happy new year!!!!” in the comments section.

Justin portrayed Adam Newman on the CBS sudser before jumping to primetime in This Is Us. At this time Mark Grossman is playing Adam and not much about his shady character has changed!

Mark has made the character his own and taken the brooding, haunted Newman heir and black sheep to an even darker place. Right now he is pining for Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and trying to take care of an ailing Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan).
