While they definitely say that a picture is worth a thousand words, there are plenty of daytime television fans out there who are definitely reading into this real-life storyline! Y&R star Melissa Ordway (Abby Newman) recently shared a photo of some of her friends from the cast indulging in pizza and wine. The picture included here, Sharon, Hunter King (Summer Newman), Amelia Heinle (Victoria Newman), and their colleague Laura Walsh, who was celebrating 20 years as a production coordinator on the hit CBS soap.

But it’s what’s on Sharon’s all-important finger that what a lot of people are focusing on. It appears as though she might be sporting an engagement ring from Mark Grossman. Even though the two of them have never confirmed their romance or their relationship, their body language has certainly told fans that there is something going on between them. That, and they look both very comfortable while up close and personal together.

Some comments from social media fans include, “Is that an engagement ring I see on Sharon Case’s finger???” along with, “Is that an engagement ring on Sharon Case’s finger? Did I miss something? We need details?”

Another fan wrote, “While I respect their privacy, you have to tell me if a good-looking couple like Sharon and Mark are making things official. They are my favorite and I would love to see Shadam get married both on and off-screen. Wouldn’t that be amazing?”
