According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Steffy is once again surprised that she is pregnant but she also knows that she has a huge dilemma on her hands. That’s because there’s a chance that her baby daddy could easily be her on-again, off-again love Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) or the new man in her life, Dr. John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan).

Speaking to the publication in a new interview, Jacqueline MacInnes Wood, who plays Steffy on the hit CBS soap, puts it this way, “Her first reaction is, ‘Ugh, bad timing. But overall, she’s happy about being pregnant. This baby is special for Steffy. She loves being a mother to Kelly. She loved being a mother to Phoebe. She is very happy that she’s pregnant – just not so happy about the paternity aspect of it.”
