The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that in Los Angeles head writer Bradley Bell recently warned that there is a new puppetmaster. He explained that the person would secretly be pulling the strings in Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). B&B spoilers reveal that Bell talked about what fans can expect with the soap in 2021. He confirmed that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) would try to move forward with Steffy. Meanwhile, Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) will continue getting closer to Thomas. During that same chat with Soap Opera Digest, Bell teased a new puppetmaster.

“Thomas, feeling guilty for having been the catalyst that started the domino effect, has been by Hope’s side to console her. But there may be other, unknown forces in play pulling the puppet strings of everyone involved.”

B&B Spoilers – Ignoring ‘Perfect’ Opportunity

Bell also confirmed that Steffy’s pregnancy and paternity is an issue right now, but it will be brought back up later in the year. When the final pregnancy bombshell comes out at that time, it will affect the Spencer, Forrester, and Logan families. But we know that Steffy, Thomas, Finn Finnegan, and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) all want the truth. So, if they don’t mess with the paternity test, why do we think it’s Vinny?

There are a few big clues that point to Vinny being the puppetmaster. Next week, Vinny will try to encourage Thomas to use the “Lope” division to make Hope his woman. However, Thomas refuses and gets pretty angry with Vinny. He happens to like being a nice guy and won’t risk all the progress he’s made. Heck, he’s even getting along with Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang)! However, he won’t take the big risk of making sure Liam is the father of Steffy’s baby just so “Thrope” can get together. Vinny’s primary goal has to do with someone else.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Vinny has a well-documented crush on Steffy. We also recently saw Vinny drop his pain pills while visiting Thomas, which happened for a reason. At the height of Steffy’s addiction, Vinny was preparing to make his move on her. He found way in by sending a teddy bear for Kelly Spencer (Colette and Avalon Gray). But that was just the cover story. Hidden in the box were pain pills for Steffy. He probably had plans to go over there and get close to her, but that was interrupted by an intervention, rehab and now she’s pregnant with either Liam or Finn’s child.

Vinny wants Steffy in a bad way, although he keeps just how much to himself. He’s probably been stalking her for months and nobody has caught on yet. While tampering with the DNA test will probably push Thomas and Hope together, Vinny’s primary reason is more selfish. He thinks that if Finn isn’t the father, then he will leave and Vinny will be sure to be right there to “comfort” Steffy. However, he has no idea that Finn plans on staying no matter who the baby daddy is.

B&B Spoilers – Test Results Delayed

On Tuesday’s episode, Steffy asked Dr. Campbell (Tina Huang) if the paternity test results were ready yet. It seems like they were supposed to be, but there was a bit of a delay. Dr. Campbell didn’t question the delay. All kinds of things happen in the healthcare industry that can cause labs to get a bit behind. However, the truth is that the real reason is because of Vinny.

We also keep hearing Steffy chant over and over that Finn “has to be” the baby’s father. That she “just knows it.” She said those words again on Tuesday. Usually, when that happens, it’s foreshadowing. She knows in her gut that Finn’s the father, so when the DNA test switch will be exposed down the road, Steffy can look back and say that she always knew in her heart that the baby was Finn’s.
