The sensation those images stirred caused yet another Bridge fracture, but eventually that couple healed. Katie could simply decide that Bill has served his punishment, a form of adult timeout, and tell him that Batie is greenlighted. The passage of months has allowed emotions to subside and for a clear perspective to be gained.

Bill wasn’t having an affair with Brooke and hasn’t done anything with her, or any other lady, as far as Katie and the viewers know. Will’s best interests would be cited as key in the latest comeback scenario where Bill is given chance number one-hundred.

Telling Bill no wouldn’t necessarily mean that Batie is done. The writing staff might have Katie just continue her review process for awhile.

But if Katie is ready to make her decision and decides to tell Bill that she just can’t bring herself to overlook his behavior any more, then Diamont’s character should accept that he is responsible for the consequences that have arrived. At that point it would seem best to write Katie and Bill in fresh directions in order to provide engaging content for the viewers.
