Of all Kody Brown’s Sister Wives, Robyn is his most recent and, till now, decidedly his favorite but – why could he be fed up with her now?

Of all the Sister Wives, Robyn has gotten the most from Kody Brown as a husband. During the pandemic and before the Brwon patriarch has devoted more time to his fourth wife than he has any of the other Sister Wives. However, fans are beginning to take note that the couple’s relationship may not be what it appears to be on the surface.

Sister Wives Spoilers – Changes  In Family Dynamics

Throughout the pandemic and perhaps much longer there have been vexed power dynamics between Kody and Robyn and it’s been noted by fans as well as the other three Sister Wives. Many have pointed out the superfluous amount of attention the polygamist patriarch has given to his fourth wife at the cost of the other three.

Though Kody, 52, got married to his other three wives in the ’90s, his betrothal to Robyn, 43, is still comparably fresh, coming in 2010. With the marriage came a lot of drastic changes in the Brown family dynamics.

Firstly, as fans will recall, the first drastic change that occurred in the family dynamic was when Kody decided to divorce his first wife Meri, and legally marry Robyn so that he could adopt her children from a previous marriage. Symbolically, this was the beginning of Robyn becoming the Brown family’s “first wife” and receiving the lion’s share of attention from the patriarch.

Since that choice was made, Meri has grown distant, even developing a relationship with a “catfish. Christine, Brown’s third wife, has actually left the family moving back to Utah.

Sister Wives Spoilers – Cracks In The Foundation

Though on the surface Kody, 52, has struggled to maintain his relationships with Janelle, 52, Meri, 50, and Christine, 49, it has been clear that Robyn has been receiving the bulk of his devotion as a husband.

With the rift already in motion, the COVID pandemic has not made anything easier with the wives struggling to maintain family cohesion in the midst of it.

According to Screenrant, one Reddit user thinks there are cracks in the proverbial foundation of Kody and Robyn’s marriage, writing, “There seems to be some growing bitterness between Kody and Robyn… Kody is so vigilant about standing strong on Robyn’s point of view because he’s honestly sick of hearing about it.”

Fans apparently think that, behind closed doors, the relationship between the two has begun to crack as throughout season 16 Kody has spent a lot of time trying to convince his other wives that he was in charge when it became clear that it was in fact Robyn that had been pulling the strings with regard to the COVID protocol.

It appears that fans think the pandemic has forced Kody to recognize his fourth wife’s manipulations and ultimately resent her for it. With his other marriages falling apart, the reality TV star better hope he can hold his last marriage together.
