Royal Family News: Why Did The Queen Mother Give More Cash To Prince Harry Than Prince William?

British royal family news reveals that it may have been hard on Prince Harry being the spare to his brother Prince William’s heir role. This has been one of the many reasons given for his reckless and unreliable behavior, culminating in his infamous Megxit move.

The latest in his ongoing tirade against his puzzled family was last month’s Oprah Winfrey tell-all in which he spilled as much royal dirt as his grubby hands could scoop up.

Royal Family News: Why Is Prince Harry Spilling Dirt?

One thing pampered Harry whined about during the interview was being cut off from his dad’s purse strings in the mid-30s. Yes, the entitled prince thinks that not getting an allowance at his age is a hardship comparable to coronavirus.

That was just one of the many outrageous claims made by him and wife Meghan Markle which were later destroyed when held up to the harsh light of truth.

In fact, Harry has never been penniless, and at least once he was the beneficiary of much more money than William.

Royal Family News – Prince Harry Is Privileged And Wealthy

The Queen Mother reportedly left the princes a huge amount of money but she gave much more to Hollywood Harry than to William.

According to the BBC, after the Queen Mother’s death in 2002 two thirds of her fortune went into a trust fund for her great-grandsons, estimated to be £14 million. Only later was it reported that Harry actually got the lion’s share.

He also inherited millions when his mom Princess Diana died. Not to mention the allowance his dad gave him well into adulthood. Therefore it boggles the mind that he thought nothing of going on national tv and portraying himself as a penniless orphan who had to–gasp—find a job to support his wife and child.

Royal Family News – The Markle’s Are Remarkable

To get back to the original point, why did Harry inherit more than William? Again it goes back to the heir and the spare equation. Harry was perhaps assumed to turn out to be the work-challenged individual he has shown himself to be, thus necessitating more cash to support his entitled lifestyle.

Conversely Prince William is destined to be king a reality in which he will “benefit financially” according to the BBC. Even before then, when his father Prince Charles becomes king, William will reportedly take over his Duchy of Cornwall, with acres of land and money coming with it.
