Prince William And Kate Middleton Masking Their True Feelings During Royal Engagement

Not only have the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge been wearing their masks while in their cars, but it looks like they are now refusing to take them off, even when they are outside and socially distant from other people. It’s been noted that Prince William and Kate Middleton did have their masks off at their royal engagements and public appearances prior to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s explosive interview with Oprah earlier this month.

According to reports, William and Kate visited Newham’s London Ambulance Service in London this week, where they talked to paramedics and crew about their experiences of working during the pandemic. The Cambridges also learned about the mental health and wellbeing support that was provided to staff at the station. The entire time they were there, William and Kate refused to take their masks off. Of course, this has prompted a lot of fans to wonder if they are being exceptionally cautious with Covid-19 protocols all of a sudden or if they are simply trying to ‘mask’ their true feelings or perhaps even the shame they are experiencing after Harry and Meghan’s tell-all with Oprah.

Many royal critics took to their social media accounts to comment on William and Kate’s behavior. Many of them wrote, “I thought Kate didn’t need to wear a mask outdoors? And what about Meghan’s mental health and well being? All this is, is a photo op to attempt to repair their image,” along with, “Wasn’t William mocking people who were concerned about Covid a year ago? And now look at this. BTW, have they asked about the mental health and wellbeing of their sister-in-law? Doubt it.”
