Royal Family News: Prince Harry Talks To The Queen More Than Any Other Royal

British royal family news shows that Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex would seem to be in the designer doghouse with his grandmother Queen Elizabeth these days. He’s been booted to the curb as a working royal, along with Prince Andrew, and he’s set to spill all the Earl Grey to Oprah next month. But if you think she’s displeased with him, or that he’s on the naughty list, think again.

According to some royal experts, they have a “close relationship” and Harry is “not going to want to let her down.”

ITV Royal Rota podcast hosts Chris Ship and Lizzie Robinson talked today about the relationship between Harry and his grandmother. They asserted that she is the royal that Harry spends the most time, “talking to.”

They also said that the royals were told in advance of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex announcing that they are expecting their second child.

Ship said, “The family did know in advance, the Queen was told in advance. Actually, from everything I hear, Harry does talk to the Queen more often than he does any other members of his family in the UK. His granny is the one person he spends a lot of time talking to.”

He added, “So the Queen was told in advance, but I don’t think Buckingham Palace were expecting the statement to come out on Sunday night.”

Robinson noted, “I think we got the sense that they perhaps hadn’t been told in advance when it was going to be announced because that statement wasn’t ready to go. I think it was because it actually wasn’t meant to come out on Sunday night, but leaks changed the schedule. Interesting you talk about Prince Harry’s relationship with his grandmother, the Queen.”

“That close relationship means he is not going to want to let her down.”

Royal Family News – Prince Harry Loves His Grandmother

Harry and his wife Meghan announced their baby news on Sunday, with a picture of themselves laying outside in the grass. Their PR person said, “We can confirm that Archie is going to be a big brother. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are overjoyed to be expecting their second child.”

No due date was given. The news comes as Harry’s grandfather Prince Philip remains hospitalized with an infection.
