There’s a new report that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have joined the ranks of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris as they will be making an appearance at the Global Citizen’s Vax Live concert. The event is aiming to encourage people to not only get vaccinated from Covid-19 but also increase the accessibility of vaccines worldwide. Here’s what you need to know.

The event will be hosted by Selena Gomez and headlined by Jennifer Lopez and will be taped Sunday at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles and air on ABC, CBS, FOX, YouTube, and iHeartMedia broadcast radio stations on May 8th.

Along with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris will also appear during the broadcast as part of the “We Can Do This” initiative. The concert wants to help increase confidence in COVID-19 vaccines.

British Royal News – Harry And Meghan Are Keeping In Good Company

Harry, Meghan, Joe, and Kamala aren’t the only big names to make an appearance during the event. French President Emmanuel Macron, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, and Croatian Prime Andrej Minister Plenković will also appear at the event. Foo Fighters, Eddie Vedder, J Balvin, and H.E.R. are also set to perform at the concert, too.

If that weren’t enough, Chrissy Teigen, David Letterman, Gayle King, and Jimmy Kimmel and actors Ben Affleck, Nomzamo Mbatha, Olivia Munn, and Sean Penn now also set to appear.

The news comes after it was reported that Prince Charles plans on ‘dumping’ Prince Harry and Meghan Markle from the royal family, as he wants to cut costs for the monarchy in the near future. That doesn’t seem to be a problem for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, as they already have signed several multi-million dollar contracts with Netflix and Spotify, to name a few.
