Royal Family News: Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Fail With MWX Foundation

British royal family news reveals that Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex and Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex just sent out another signal that they are blowing off any lingering ties they have to Britain. In a move that shows they are effectively done with the country they abandoned a long time ago, they have shuttered their UK-based Sussex Royal company.

They renamed the London-based charity MWX Trading last August and apparently it is yet another project they have failed to succeed at. Netflix and Spotify are among the others.

The Ginge and Whinge Show, aka the Duke and Duchess of Sussex (for now), have appointed a voluntary liquidator to wind up the dead-end endeavor.

Documents filed with Companies House today show that the couple have requested to blow up MWX.

It’s been suggested that MWX stands for Markle Windsor or Mountbatten Windsor but the world will never know now. Big loss. Not.

Royal Family News – The Markle’s Failed To Launch MWX

On August 5, 2020, the couple changed the charity’s name from ‘Sussex Royal The Foundation of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’ to MWX Foundation.

They had to make the change as they were no longer royals except in name only. Harry and Meghan agreed to stop using their Sussex Royal “brand” after abandoning the royal family on April 1, 2020. That has not kept them from promoting themselves as royalty, despite their trashing of the rest of the royal family.

The company had been mired in confusion from day one. At one time paperwork for a formal winding-up order stated that the directors, including Harry and Meghan, would be changing the name to MWX while it was being dissolved.

A mere nine minutes later a notification was sent by Companies House, declaring that the same document had been withdrawn.

Royal Family News – The Markle’s Have Killed Off Their Company

The stunning documents revealed that Meghan and five other directors had stepped down from their positions, leaving Harry as the sole director.

The Sussex Royal Foundation was launched on July 1, 2019, after Harry and Meghan left a foundation shared with Prince William and Kate Middleton.

A YouGov poll carried out yesterday found 44 percent of 4,567 adults polled thought the couple should no longer be a duke and duchess after their brief but vitriolic history in the US where they have made it a hobby of snubbing all things royal.
