British royal family news teases that Piers Morgan is having a tell-all of his own following the explosive fallout from Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex and Prince Harry’s vindictive mudfest with Oprah Winfrey. He famously walked off the set of Good Morning Britain last month and has just tweeted that he will be giving his first TV interview since quitting.
Royal Family News – Piers Morgan Is Doing An Interview
Morgan tweeted, “Was I silent, or was I silenced” in his announcement that he will be interviewed by Tucker Carson on Fox on Monday.
The reference is to Meghan Markle’s interview with Oprah Winfrey, in which she claimed she was practically held prisoner at the palace and not allowed to say a word to anyone about anything.
Winfrey did her share of the provoking, asking the morose actress, “Were you silent or were you silenced?”
Royal Family News – Piers Morgan Has A Sense Of Humor
He has been direct in his opinion of Meghan and Tucker Carlson confirmed the appearance. He said, “Piers Morgan was banished from television for asking a simple question: how is it that the most privileged people in our society get away with posing as the most oppressed?”
“And for asking that, of course they crushed him, they took his job away. On Monday we will speak to Piers Morgan for his first on camera interview since he was cancelled.”

Hours after the Markle’s interview aired in the US, Morgan said on the show GMB, “I’m sorry, I don’t believe a word she said, Meghan Markle. I wouldn’t believe it if she read me a weather report.”
The actual weatherman, Alex Beresford, then called Morgan “diabolical” for expressing an opinion that differed from his.
Despite the fallout, Morgan maintains his opinion of Meghan and is expected to address the former royal in his upcoming US interview.

This week he took a swipe at the Archbishop of Canterbury, after the Archbishop officially disputed claims Harry and Meghan wed three days before their public wedding.
In the tweet, he said, “The Archbishop of Canterbury should either apologise for disbelieving Meghan Markle’s secret wedding claims – or lose his job.”
The Archbishop was forced to speak out after Meghan claimed in the interview that he married them in secret in the backyard three days before the actual ceremony. It was one of many claims that sounded outlandish to many, and indeed, it was not true.
