Is Meghan Markle Planning Another Tabloid Lawsuit After Archie Photos Were Released?

In the photo, Meghan can be seen holding her son Archie with her pregnant belly in full view. The mother and son duo appear to be heading to morning drop off at the little royal tyke’s school nearby their home in Montecito, Calif.

And while both Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are yet to make any comments about the photo, a lot of critics can’t help but wonder if they plan on taking legal action, seeing how they have always protected their family’s privacy. In fact, a previous report suggested that a major Los Angeles paparazzi agency has been bankrupted by Meghan Markle’s legal battle with them. The Duchess sued both Splash News and Picture Agency in December over a case she filed earlier that year.

Meghan claimed that the agency was guilty of an invasion of privacy after photographs snapped her and her son Archie Harrison at a Canadian park. Splash has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, noting that the cost of battling Markle in court caused it to default on a loan now worth nearly $1 million.

With that said though, it seems like Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been rather quiet about this latest photo, even though it apparently wasn’t authorized by the Sussexes themselves. This has prompted a lot of royal critics to wonder if they had anything to do with the set-up of the photo or if it was released intentionally in order to deflect away from some of the other negative headlines that the couple has been making lately.
