British royal family news reveals that Meghan Markle just told a worldwide audience that Kate Middleton made her cry and then groveled with an apology and flowers. What does Kate have to say about Meghan’s “recollection” of this event?

Meghan and her househusband Prince Harry had what is now perceived to be a “wrecking ball” of an interview with talk show host Oprah Winfrey on Sunday. They used their precious airtime not to launch a helpful initiative or new charity but to settle scores with his family.

Meghan came out punching at Kate.

In case you haven’t heard, it has been widely reported that at the Markle’s 2018 wedding Meghan’s unbecoming conduct brought Kate brought to tears.

“The reverse happened,” Meghan sniffed to Oprah, referring to the infamous incident that apparently involved Kate’s daughter Princess Charlotte, who was one of Meghan’s flower girls.

“A few days before the wedding, she was upset about something – yes. The issue was correct, about the flower girl dresses, and it made me cry and it really hurt my feelings.”

Meghan then boasted that Kate apologized and even sent her flowers. What did Kate have to say in response? Oops, she wasn’t there to defend herself or tell her side of the story. Sorry about that, Kate. Maybe next time Meghan complains about you on tv she’ll give you the opportunity to speak up, too.

Royal Family News – Did Meghan Markle Blindside Kate Middleton?

Refuting Meghan’s claim that all is chill now between the SIL’s, a royal expert believes that Meghan and Kate “will never heal” their relationship.

Robert Jobson said on the podcast The Royal Beat that Kate and Meghan are kind of like the late Wallis Simpson and Queen Mother, who is said to have seriously disliked her brother-in-law Edward VII’s wife.

“I think when Catherine is the Queen Consort, there will be the same relationship,” Robert said, referring to the Queen Mother and Wallis’ icy relationship. “There’ll both be around but I can never see there being a healing.”

He went on to call Harry and Meghan’s interview a “wrecking ball” saying, “Can Meghan Markle ever sit at the same table with the Royal Family again? If she’d wanted to, she wouldn’t have done this interview.”
