British royal family news reveals that Meghan Markle, Duchess Of Sussex and Prince Harry’s posse is working overtime on their behalf after they took a vow of silence in their war of words against his family.

Today it was Omid Scobie who came out swinging in defense of the mute pair, and today and yesterday it was Gayle King.

According to Scobie, both the media and the palace are practicing double standards in regard to the chatty couple.

That happened yesterday when Gayle revealed part of what should have been a private discussion, and understandably so Buckingham Palace is not pleased with Harry’s verbal diarrhea.

Apparently he told Gayle, who then dutifully informed the world, that over the weekend the three royal men had a chat, no doubt about Harry throwing the fam under the bus during a tv special with Oprah Winfrey.

According to Gayle, according to Harry, the chat was “unproductive.”

According to Scobie, he is “confused” by criticism of the couple’s aggressive behavior toward the palace and he claims that a, “new royal protocol,” has been put in place after the Palace said it would not be doing, “running commentary on private conversations.”

That stance is disingenuous however as the palace motto has always been, “never complain, never explain.” It is only in light of Meghan and Harry’s sensational and exceedingly public criticism that the palace has recently broached protocol to defend themselves.

It has been extraordinary to see the royal family make more public comments about itself in the past few weeks than it has in the last century.

But what Meghan and Harry have done is extraordinary. The Ginge and Whinge Show have been parading their complaints and grievances against his family on tv, on podocasts and now in leaked conversations.

Perplexed Scobie tweeted this about his bewilderment on behalf of Meghan, a woman he calls his “soul mate: “Bit confused here, so just want to get this new royal protocol correct. It’s okay when info is leaked to the papers via a palace source but not when Gayle King shares it on TV? Righty-ho then.”

Righty-ho indeed.
