General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, September 9, 2021, reveal Jax getting more and more exasperated with Nina Reeves and Smike growing more and more furious with Jax.

General Hospital Spoilers – Will Smike Finally Learn Who He Is?

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) disappeared off a bridge in Secaucus, NJ before Christmas of 2020 and somehow ended up on the Pennsylvania side of the river because geography is not a thing on GH. It is now just past Labor Day and finally, someone from Port Charles found the guy who is not Nina Reeves (Cyntia Watros) pretending to live a new life with a flannel-clad bartender not named Julian (William deVry).

It took a few minutes, but Jax (Ingo Rademacher) finally figured out that the man in front of him he has known as Sonny since 1995 is now calling himself Mike and has no idea who he really is. Nina is still hoping beyond hope that Jax is as nuts as she is and would keep Sonny’s living status a secret, so she begs him to not tell him who he is — at least for now. Meanwhile, Sonny really wants to know what the heck is going on. He instinctively doesn’t like Jax, which is very on-brand for him. Smike tells Jax he doesn’t know who he was, but he knows who he is now and he likes this guy.

GH Spoilers – Is Jarly Ready To Wed?

Back on the Port Charles side of the river, Carly (Laura Wright) wrestles with telling Jason (Steve Burton) exactly how she feels. Since he finds her at Sonny’s empty grave, he assumes she doesn’t want to marry him and he tells her that’s ok. What he doesn’t realize is that Carly wants to tell him something else entirely. It looks like this won’t be a marriage of convenience after all — if the wedding even happens.

General Hospital Spoilers – Jordan Ashford And Portia Robinson Fight For Their Lives

As the gas leak continues and Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) remains passed out on the floor, Portia (Brook Kerr) fears that this may be the end for both of them. She knows she needs more time in this world and time with Trina. And she certainly needs to tell Trina (Sydney Mikayla) about her father. Will her alleged real father overhear Portia as Curtis (Donnell Turner) rescues the two women in his life?

GH Spoilers – Something Is Wrong With Leo Falconeri

Austin (Roger Howarth) asks to speak with Ned (Wally Kurth) about Leo and says that he saw some things that concerned him when he took care of the cut on Leo’s finger. Ned is definitely worried and needs to tell Olivia what is going on. It looks like General Hospital might be doing an autism story and we’d like to see how this story and others play out.
