General Hospital Spoilers: William deVry Dishes On A Possible Return To GH

General Hospital spoilers indicate that Julian Jerome (William DeVry) is one of the most missed characters that has died in recent years. Julian was killed off just shy of a year ago after being shot and falling off a bridge. Of course, this happened after Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) found out that Julian helped to steal his grandson.

William DeVry Speaks G.H. Past And Possibly Future

The former General Hospital alum recently took part in G.H. Fantasy Events with Kin Shriner, who plays Scott Baldwin. The event was for the actors to interact with fans of the show. Of course, Julian fans want to know if there is any chance that deVry could return in the future. What did William have to say about the prospect of a return to G.H.? William says if he is spotted with Frank Valentini having dinner, it may not be what fans think. deVry says, “Frank keeps ‘threatening’ to take me to dinner, but I think that’s mostly as a ‘thank you’ for the last eight years. He certainly hasn’t brought up the potential of bringing me back.”

Has William deVry Had A Change Of Heart?

General Hospital’s deVry said a year ago that “if he’s gone, he’s gone” fans took this to mean that he would not come back if he was asked because of the way Julian was written out of the show. However, deVry says he is open to listening to any ideas. “I’d be more interested in coming back short-term to clean up Julian,” the actor says. William admits that he is looking forward to future parts because as an actor, you get into the business to play. deVry just wants to set things right after Julian was coerced into being Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) minion and blowing up the Floating Rib.

William DeVry Wasn’t Fired

DeVry says he wasn’t fired from General Hospital. On the contrary, his contract was up and it was time to move on and do something new. DeVry admits that he loves everything to do with the soap world and loves his former costars too, Dominic Zamprogna (Dante Falconeri), Maurice Benard (Sonny Corinthos), and Kin Shriner (Scotty Baldwin) to name a few. DeVry says “I’d love to go back and get in the dirt with those guys and do something fun…as far as another [GH] character goes, I’m not sure. If DAYS or Y&R called, I’d listen.”

Would you like to see Julian return from the dead once again? After all, Julian was in witness protection for years before he showed up in Port Charles as Derek Wells. Will Julian eventually be back?
