General Hospital spoilers reveal that Alexis is really hitting rock bottom. After all, she accidentally plunged a syringe into Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) body and it nearly ended his life. There are also the DUI/DWI’s. Plus, it is confirmed that Alexis takes a chug of alcohol right before Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) funeral. It is quite clear that Alexis isn’t controlling the alcohol, but the alcohol is controlling her.

She will end up going to jail and while behind bars, we will see childhood flashbacks. What happens during those flashbacks might explain Alexis’ issues and why sobriety is so hard for her. Obviously, there is some deep trauma there.

GH Spoilers – Cellmate Could Change Everything

In addition to all of that, there is more upcoming scenes for Alexis behind bars. Aside from having flashbacks of her childhood, Alexis will interact with a cellmate. This person could be helpful to Alexis or might cause problems. Perhaps this cellmate will show Alexis what her future will be if she doesn’t start taking the straight and narrow path. There is also a prison advisor named Irene. So, we have quite a lot coming up for Alexis, but how will her story end? We will have to keep watching the ABC soap to find out what happens next.
