General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Taggert’s Presence The Last Straw For Curtis And Jordan’s Marriage

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) was ready to finally have a long talk with his estranged wife, Jordan Ashford (Brianna Nicole Henry) about the future of their marriage. After a long talk with good friend Laura Collins (Genie Francis), Curtis went to see his wife. But after arriving at his home with the hopes of clearing the air, Curtis was surprised to find that Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) was also there. Taggert was recently granted bail for falsifying the evidence that originally put Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) behind bars. But the only way that the judge would grant bail was if Jordan agreed to keep an eye on Taggert. Will this be the final straw in Jordan and Curtis’ marriage?

General Hospital Spoilers – This Isn’t The First Time Marcus Taggert Has Caused Issues For Curtis Ashford!

As viewers know, the reason that Curtis left Jordan in the first place was because Jordan kept the fact that she had helped fake Taggert’s death in order to keep Cyrus from harming Taggert or his daughter Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla). While Curtis understood the need to protect Taggert and Trina, it was the fact that Jordan kept that fact a secret from her husband. Curtis is a big believer in not keeping secrets, and that turned out to be the reason Curtis turned his back on his career as a private investigator.

No longer wanting to make a career about people’s secrets, Curtis sold his half of the Private Investigation firm to his partner Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). Curtis took that money and is in the process of opening a nightclub. But he hadn’t made any decision one way or another about the future of his marriage. But seeing Taggert staying with Jordan, going right back into police mode, may just prove to Curtis that he and Jordan have reached the end of their marriage. It’s not about the fact that Taggert is staying with Jordan, Curtis doesn’t believe anything is going on between the two in a romantic sense. But their obsession with taking Cyrus down will likely lead to more secrets and schemes and that is something that Curtis no longer has any interest in.
