General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, October 4, 2021, reveal Carly Corinthos still on the warpath as she blasts Nina to Sonny.

General Hospital Spoilers – What Carly Corinthos Doesn’t Know Can Hurt

Carly (Laura Wright) thinks she has Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) all figured out. Nina had to have been out for revenge regarding Nelle (Chloe Lanier) the entire time she kept Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) identity a secret from him. If Carly is typically vengeful and angry, then everyone else must be too, right? She tells Sonny she knows Nina’s motives and that Nina got off a little too easily.

Will Sonny bother defending Nina since he doesn’t think she did anything out of malice? Does Sonny even know that Carly spent months on end keeping Nelle’s true identity a secret from Nina? How will Carly even feel if Sonny doesn’t want to set Nina on fire and spit on her ashes just like she does?

Meanwhile, Nina confesses all to Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and then wonders if he thinks any differently of her. This is certainly not what Curtis is expecting to hear.

GH Spoilers – Josslyn Jacks Has Her Mother’s Big Mouth

Now that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) knows what Nina knew, she has to spill the truth everywhere because she is Carly’s daughter after all. So, she informs Michael (Chad Duell) and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) what has been happening with Nina all these months and they are stunned. How could they have let this woman see their precious Wiley? His other grandmother and his mobster grandfather are SO much better.

General Hospital Spoilers – Nikolas Cassadine Is Furious, Esme Price Is Gleeful

Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) can’t believe that Spencer (Nicholas Chavez) really was Ava’s (Maura West) stalker all this time. When Spencer put on his weepy defensive act after his party, Nikolas totally bought it and now feels like a fool.

However, Spencer seems more concerned that Cam Webber (Will Lipton) and Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) can’t forgive him than he is concerned about his father’s feelings. When Ava walks in, she wants to know what brought this confession on. Too bad Esme (Avery Pohl) doesn’t know any of this is happening as she celebrates her own alleged genius at The Savoy.
