General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Kin Shriner Spills The Juicy Beans On Where Scotty And Obrecht Go Next

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Scotty Baldwin (Kin Shriner) has been a super star on the ABC sudser for decades. His character’s storylines have come and gone during that time, sometimes being on the front burner, and sometimes fans don’t see him for what seems like an eternity.

At the moment Scotty is in the thick of things, both good and bad. His son Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) has been murdered and as such he must come to terms with the death of a child. At the same time Scotty is embarking on a fun fling with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and fans are along for the ride.

Howarth has left the building although he is coming back! He will be back on the canvas at a later date, and fans cannot wait to see who he portrays. In the meantime Shriner had this to say about his costar: “Roger and I would just run the lines downstairs and I never knew what he was going to do.”

“I don’t think he knew what I was going to do and then we would roll tape and either…If it went towards humor, he was right there. He went any way. It was like a very good tennis partner or a sparring partner. He would turn any ad-lib, line; he could go with it or vice-versa.”

GH Spoilers – Scotty Baldwin Is Going To Have A Romance?

Fairman echoed fan sentiment when he noted he wanted to see more of Scott, to which Shriner replied, “There could’ve been more, but with who? But since I don’t have a girlfriend on the show—I soon am coming up to have a girlfriend—but for now there was nobody.”

“So I don’t know where I would have had any more scenes. I had it with Laura (Genie Francis). I had it with Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst). I had it with Cameron (William Lipton).

General Hospital Spoilers – What Happens Next In Port Charles, New York?

Shriner was asked what will happen with Scott and Obrecht and he said, “I didn’t know where they were going with it, because I had no clue that the writers all of a sudden felt, I think, there’s something here; let’s build on it. And they did and that’s what’s coming up. All of a sudden we’re romantically involved and that’s where we’ve been playing it, that we’ve been doing a lot of cooing over each other and a lot of innuendos.”
