General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Dante’s Mental Problems Getting Worse – Can He Be Saved?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers say that things might get significantly worse in Port Charles, NY for Dante Falconeri (Dom Zamprogna) before they get better. That’s because his mental health problems – which include his rage from his PTSD from being at the mercy of Obrecht’s (Kathleen Gati) freakish mind control, plus so much more that has happened to him these last several years, might put him in meltdown mode once and for all. General Hospital Spoilers: Dante’s Mental Problems Are Getting Worse – Can He Be Saved?

With everything that has been going on in Dante’s life – including the drama he’s now having to deal with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) – he decides that now would be the best time for a medical emergency intervention with the one and only Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom). Because if Kevin can’t save him, then who can? There is just so much to unload when it comes to Dante.

Dom Zamprogna, who plays Dante on the hit ABC soap, admits that the ‘pen’ is most definitely his character’s biggest foe at the moment. He says, “He’s been brainwashed and hypnotized by Dr. Obrecht, so that’s not good. And not just that, but he’s taken a lot of hits with people close to him, and it’s a lot all at once.”

For Dante, it’s been tough knowing that both Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) are presumed to be dead. Dom continues, “I have made a conscious choice to play him pretty disturbed, but I think he is holding on to hope in both cases and I also think that, deep down, he is a very good person.”

General Hospital Spoilers: What’s Next For Dante?

Whether Dante emerges unscathed or not, remains to be seen. Either way, Dom adds that he’s had a fun time playing this very ‘dark’ side to his character.
