The only way she knows how to do that is to get involved with someone else. It is confirmed that Nicole turns to EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel). Fans can expect Nicole to use EJ as a way to get over Rafe.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that executive producer Ken Corday discussed the fall storyline with Soap Opera Digest. During that interview, Corday mentioned EJ and Nicole, as well as Rafe and Ava.

“This is a strong foursome. Nicole realizes she’s interfering in Rafe and Ava’s romance, so she turns her attention to EJ, who is more than willing to help her forget about Rafe. EJ and Nicole have a rich history and it’s worth exploring.”

Even though Nicole insists on forgetting about Rafe, it might not be that easy. Despite hooking up with someone else, Rafe might remain on Nicole’s mind and in her heart. With it being teased that Rafe and Nicole eventually end up together, it will be a journey. “Racole” probably has to go through some obstacles to get there, just like other soap couples.

Right now, Rafe is denying his feelings for Nicole. Ava does take action and tells Nicole the truth about Rafe’s feelings. However, it isn’t enough to bring Rafe and Nicole together right away.
