Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) wanted to tell the truth about being Lani’s (Sal Stowers) mother to Lani and Abe Carver (James Reynolds) before the wedding, but her own mother, Olivia Price (Marla Gibbs) told her not to. And she listened to her Big Mama.

But, then Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) went and told all and Big Mama had to say that yes, it was all true. Of course, nobody knows this was really all MarDevil’s (Deidre Hall) doing, but that’s beside the point.

Lani finally confronts the woman she thought was her aunt on Friday. How will Paulina be able to explain all of her decisions?
