Nicole and Rafe both have romantic feelings for each other, but the commissioner is currently in a relationship with Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun). Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of November 22 confirm that Sami calls EJ, who appears to answer. In Soap Opera Digest, Sami is seen making the call from a cell phone. Sami’s face looks stressed and upset by whatever she is hearing EJ say.

The background of the photo isn’t very clear or detailed, but it is a cabin. So, has Sami been at the Horton cabin all of this time and if so, how does she have access to a cell phone if she’s been kidnapped? There is the possibility that Sami set up her own kidnapping in order to get EJ to look for her. However, it’s been months and nobody even knows she is missing.

EJ might be surprised to hear from Sami. However, he is also still angry and feels heartbroken. So, he will want Sami to hurt just as much. EJ knows that Sami will explode over Nicole. So, EJ could brag that he’s already moved on. Is this what pushes Sami to “escape” and return to Salem? Or will EJ realize that Sami’s been held hostage all of this time?
