Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) wanted to confess. However, Olivia Price (Marla Gibbs) warned Paulina to keep her mouth shut. It was too much for her, which led to her telling Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). When the truth comes out, Olivia won’t take responsibility. Instead, she shames and blames Paulina.

DOOL spoilers reveal that Paulina has tremendous guilt over keeping the truth from Lani and Abe Carver (James Reynolds). There were many times when she wanted to tell the truth and came close. When Lani forgave Paulina for the Price Town incident, she was told no more secrets and no more lies.

At that time, Paulina knew she needed to confess. The only problem was that Olivia magically felt well enough to come to Salem. The sole purpose of Olivia’s visit was to keep Paulina quiet – and it worked.

Even though Olivia gave Paulina an excuse as to why Lani could never know the truth, the real estate mogul continued to feel guilty. Paulina was also tired of having to deny that she was Lani’s mother and not just her aunt.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Confessing To Marlena Evans

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Paulina felt the pressure building. Paulina needed to get the secret off her chest and confided in Marlena. The psychiatrist assured Paulina that anything said in her office would be kept confidential. When Paulina hesitated, Marlena explained that even if she wanted to share her secret, the law prohibits her from doing so.

Shortly after that conversation, Marlena was possessed by the devil. “MarDevil” will tell Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) the truth about Lani’s parentage. Marlena begs Chanel to keep it a secret, but she knows full well that won’t happen. The devil is right as Chanel blurts out the truth during Abe and Paulina’s wedding ceremony.

DOOL Spoilers – Blaming and Shaming

It is teased that Paulina will slam Paulina for her actions. This has to be Olivia finding out how Chanel discovered the truth. When Chanel says that Marlena told her, Paulina will realize she was betrayed. Since Paulina was young and in a vulnerable position at the time of her pregnancy, she likely didn’t come up with the idea. It was most likely Olivia’s idea and considering how she seems to control her family, there was no option to say no. It was either Olivia’s way or the highway.

Of course, Olivia won’t take or even share in the responsibility of Lani’s broken world. During the week of November 22, Olivia bashes Paulina. It sounds like Olivia is going to play the innocent act while blaming and shaming her own daughter. How will Paulina fix this mess if her own mother won’t even admit to her part in the family secret? We will have to keep watching the NBC soap to find out.
