The Devil feels nervous because Marlena (Deidre Hall) is still in there and the possession is not complete. However, The Devil needs to take over and continue his reign of terror, turning sweet Marlena into MarDevil once again. When Marlena has an extremely disturbing dream, is this The Devil’s doing? Will this what makes the possession the take over Lucifer wants?

Meanwhile, John Black (Drake Hogestyn) is spooked, convinced Johnny DiMera’s (Carson Boatman) movie will bring The Devil back after all these years. Not even realizing The Devil is indeed back, John once again tells Johnny that he is not going to help finance his flick under any circumstances.

Allie (Lindsay Arnold) still can’t believe her grandmother was once possessed by The Devil. It seems too unreal to be true and Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) is still not quite sure he believes it. Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) is also in a state of shock after hearing the story from Johnny and being forced to watch The Exorcist on what was supposed to be a romantic date.

When Allie and Chanel compare notes on this entire possession story, they also get to talking about Tripp, which might get even more complicated than they expect. There is clearly something still there between Allie and Chanel and their resistance with the men in their lives proves it.

Allie and Johnny’s fathers run into one another on Thursday and things get ugly fast. They haven’t said much to each other since Lucas (Bryan R. Dattilo) and Sami’s (Alison Sweeney) affair was revealed and then Sami vanished — they have no idea what really happened to her.

There’s a lot left unsaid between Lucas and EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel) and we have a feeling it all gets said on Thursday.
