Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Wednesday, December 29, 2021, reveal Eric Brady making the rounds now that he is back in Salem — and of course, he has to make a stop to see ex-wife, Nicole Walker.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Will Eric Brady Save Them All?

As if Nicole (Arianne Zucker) doesn’t have enough men in her life at the moment, the love of her life and her ex-husband, Eric (Greg Vaughan), shows up right at the door of the apartment they once shared together. And, he is wearing a priest collar, which is a bit of a shock. It turns out Nicole was right in telling Eric he was more dedicated to God than anyone else and Eric took that to heart.

But, it’s perfect timing because John Black (Drake Hogestyn) needs a real priest to perform an exorcism and Eric is ready to make sure to save his own mother’s soul. MarDevil (Deidre Hall) has been hanging around for too long and now Salem needs Dr. Marlena Evans back.

At least Eric takes a break from things to see Nicole and there’s bound to be tension between them. Little does Eric know just how busy Nicole has been since they broke up — with both Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and EJ DiMera (Daniel Feuerriegel).

DOOL Spoilers – Sami Brady Hears EJ DiMera Out

Speaking of EJ, he keeps insisting that he absolutely did not kidnap Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney), and he is right — Lucas Horton (Bryan R. Dattilo) did the deed. So, Sami goes down to the Salem PD and agrees to hear EJ out. He gives her his Lucas theory but she isn’t buying what EJ is selling. After all, how could Lucas ever do such a thing to her when he claims he loves her. Will Sami ever learn who the men in her life even are?

Gwen Rizchech (Emily O’Brien) is determined to never let Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) know where Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) is, much less that Gwen has known the truth about Sarah for a while now. But Xander has a one-track mind and needs to know, at least so he can have closure. Will Gwen be able to stop him with his quest?
